After gaining a clear understanding of current learning spaces, teachers will begin brainstorming ideas with students' input, then prototyping and receiving feedback on designs. Design consultants will partner with teachers to ensure quality designs and realistic scope.

Once designs are finalized, teachers will shift their focus toward maximizing student engagement and Skills4theFuture with the help of RESA consultants. Engagement techniques will be ready to go when classrooms are complete, allowing opportunities for coaching and feedback.
